Can an 11 year old have a relationship with a 15 year old?

hey. my best friend is 11.
she talks about this boy. he is 15.
they aren't "official". but they kinda have that "friends with benefits" type relationship. but no sex. just talking on the phone, and saying "I love you". I've tried to tell her she isn't mature enough, yet.
but she chooses not to listen. but she loves him. & I can tell.
but then again, it's sorta awkward. there is a 4 year difference.
advice? :)

Thts bad, think about it, he's well into his teen years n she isn't in hers yet. If she was really thinkin hard she'd see what's wrong here. Somethins kinda shady here. Y can't he get a girl his age? I mean think about it, she'll b 14 when he's 18, legally an adult, when she's only twelve he'll b able to drive, etc. Now its a huge difference, not so much if they were like in their twenties. When she get knocked up she gon see she ain't bout tht life. This is really bad, she's lucky to have u to watch her back n she need to b listenin to u.

in most states that age difference is a crime if any "benefits" are involved and the reason is in thos 4 years alot of growing up occurs, I would be worried of a 15 year old guy wanted to hang out with my 11 year old daughter
