If I got scammed outside of ebay does paypal still help me?

So I got scammed on guru.com , I placed a bid o a job that was about selling on ebay , thaey want me to list their product and I list it on ebay . now the product is sold and I transfered the money into their paypal account and they run away I have no clue were they are from xan paypal help me get my money back .

I doubt PayPal will get involved in an agreement to which they are not a party but you can always ask:
