What should I do with a once broken wrist that still hurts?

I broke my wrist 4 years ago. It still hurts to this day. Is it better to leave it alone and not put any strain on it or work it out and build its strength back up? Would it be worth seeing a doctor about it or is it expected to hurt?

I reduce strain on your wrist, and talk to your doctor about exercises to relieve it. If you are low on money you can look up exercises for broken wrists on like MayoClinic. Your doctor might ask if you would like to do an xray.
