Help with university?

Doing software engineering at local college, and I'm predicted to get an all Distinction profile. I need 16+ distinctions to study software engineering at Queens university, but I'm worried that my low gcse results will hold me back. My gcse results are as follows:

IT:A
Llw and Employability: A
English: B
English Literature: B
Maths: C
History: C
Business Studies: C
Science: CC
Geography: D
