I need to lose weight!

I have a belly that goes out and I dont want it,how can I get a flat stomach using small exercises.And I have astama and very unfit and only 15,please I need tips :)

You could also try eliminating dairy to see if that reduces your asthma symptoms. That's what got rid of it for me.

You need to find a cure for your asthma so you can exercise. I would suggest spending more time in the fresh air outdoors in nature. Also I suggest you eat a lot of fruits as fruits are filling and very very low in fat. Good luck.

Early morning jogging will help you to reduce your weight and also your asthma because of the fresh air you inhale.
