So this is a little embarrasing, but im a 16 year old girl and I have REALLY bad gas lol. Like all day I ALWAYS have to fart and I eat full, healthy meals and idk why I have so much gas! My brothers and friends eat the same and none of them have as much gas. My friends are fine all day at school but after a few hours its like I can barely mive without fartig. This sucks and I was wondering if there is anything I could do to help with the gas issue. I mean its not like constant all day but every few minutes I feel the need to pass gas and I have to excuse myself from class when I can. Help would be MUCH appreciated! Plz no rude comments
