My union Constution state that this is an agreement between the union and it member's being myself. After following thr terms of this agreement, I filed unfair elections charges against my union, appealed, to the internation union, was denied, and then file $6000. in damages for my cost of running my election in small claims court. Today, I recieved the responce (80) pages from a major T.O. lawfirm. I believe they only did this because I am "right" and there elections ARE NOT FAIR, I am looking for a good lawyer who would like to take on a major law firm in small claims in Burlington?
