What groups are involved in the Middle East war?

The Middle East is a large area with many countries and there have been many wars. Which war are you asking about?

There is a middle east conflict going on right now, I just need the groups that are involved in the conflict.

The Afghanistan war is between the elected Afghanistan government led by Hamid Karzai and backed by the US vs The Taliban led by Mohammed Omar who was the de facto leader of Afghanistan from 1996 to late 2001.
