A Friend Needs Urgent Medical help but can't Access it PLEASE HELP?

She says when she sleeps her lungs pinch up and she can't breath well and she wakes with bruises.
She is being abused and has a bad back and got elbowed in the face and she has a swollen tounge and it hurts her to move her jaw so she hasn't eaten for days.
She got hit by a car a few days ago and has broken ribs on her right side and a friend fliped her off something onto the ground and she has an injured shoulder.
She can't see a doctor because she's not 18 and her parents won't book an appointment PLEASE HELP, she's blacking out.

If her parents won't take her to the doctor, call the police.

Oh my goodness! I would take her to the ER! I'm not sure if you have to have a guardian to be treated or not, but I'm sure if you tell them what's been happening they will do their best to help! Hope your friend recovers ok!
