Are we still in a good relationship?

My boyfriend and I had been together for a year now. In the beginning, things had been fun. However, lately, I think he is bored with this relationship. He seldom text me first. It has always been me who starts the conversation. Also, he does not really want to go out on a date. He prefers staying at home. But, I know that he still care for me. He gets worried when I am still out late at night or when I am going out with my friends. Are we still in a good relationship? What should I do to get him interested in this relationship?
