Do I have the right to travel with my kids eventhough the fathers say no?i live in uae.what I need

i am filipino married to egyptian.now I am planning to go vacation with my children to philippines but my husband say that I cant take my kids with me.my question is,DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRAVEL WITH MY KIDS EVEN THE FATHER SAY NO?WHAT I WILL DO?

If you have primary custody, during your time you can take them wherever. But if its his allotted time with them and he does not give you permission to have them, then you can't take them. You do have to inform him when you are taking them out of your country.
