Where's the best place to live in perth if I work in Subacio?

Please note that I do not have a car and will be using the Fremantle train line. My job means I will finish later than usual around about 1am on a busy night. I need to live somewhere that's accessible on the train at this time. All help much appreciated.

The link at the bottom shows the crime rate by suburb which is important if you get off work at such a late hour. Between the two, you should be able to find an acceptable location.

Mount Lawley are 2 nice areas you could look at but really anything within 30 mins is very reasonable traveling time over here.
