How can you can say that blood group Ois universal donor?

As blood group O has no antigen and has antibody AB. when this blood is transfused into a person having blood group AB which has antigen AB and no antibody, the person will die due to antigen antibody reaction.then how can you say that blood group O is universal donor and blood group AB is universal recipient?

O Positive has antibodies that fight against both type A and type B blood. It is O negative that has no antigens that designates it the "universal donor."
