Am 17 years old and I was kicked out off school because, I hit someone over the head with a stapler.

am 17 years old and I was kicked out off school because, I hit someone over the head with a stapler...twise..but not as hard as I meant and he drew blood from his head, only did it because it was the heat off the moment as he stabbed me with a pen 3 times in the side and soo happenly I had a stapler in my hand, soo after a few weeks after new year (before christmas) this happend, I got charged for it, and I need to go to court a week after my birthday, soo I will be 18 then when I need to court, am crappin it, as it iss my firsy offence (and last) even said sorry to the guy, what do you think would happen or could?, slap n the wriste ?jail? ect ect (please help)

The consequences will depend on the laws where you live. Some schools have a zero tolerance policy for violent behavior. It will work out better if both cases are heard at the same time, you can convince the court your intent was only to defend yourself and that you are sorry that it happened.

not even a violent guy, like to get on with everybody, just when somebody hits you and not scared to hit them back

Stiv if you explain to the judge you were only reacting to him stabbing you and didn;t intend to hurt him the judge should let you go. So make sure you tell the judge that.

sorry, but really, ur brave. my cousins have gone to jail many times, and it may be just for a week or so, but dont get stressed, ull be ok!!!! :) :) :) I wish u good luck!!!:)
