Yes, I know I was very stupid in not having him use a condom, we had both been drinking. We had sex on January 17th 2013. I have been on Mirena since March of 2012, and it stopped my periods (normal) and I still have not had a period since then. My doctor never showed me how to check the strings, so I never did. But once I started getting scared that I might be pregnant, I looked up how to check them. They were way up there, but I'm pretty sure I found them, when looking online they said that the Mirena will start to soften and mold around the cervix, and that's what I felt, they weren't just sticking out straight. I also read that you will know for sure if they move because it will be very uncomfortable. On top of all of this, he DID NOT finish at all, he knows that for a fact. We were just worried about pre-cum, but I also looked into that and it said the only chance there is of sperm being in there is if they recently ejaculated and did not urinate since then, but he didn't ejaculate any time close to that and he did keep going to the bathroom. So am I freaking out for nothing?? I tend to overthink things...
