I wanted more info about those red & bulgy lines on the back wall of my throat. Are they cancerous?

Hey! On the back wall of my throat there are few red lines like things which have bulged a bit I guess. So are these cancerous and caused due to smoking. I just used to smoke 3 cigarettes on average per day but used to smoke from age 14 and now I'm 18
