Is it wrong to own multiple guns because it makes them feel superior untouchible,

I have a friend who is obsessed and seems to worship the 2nd. amendment, don't get me wrong I support it but not like they do. They feel like they are superior when they have there gun and people who don't have guns are weak and are easy targets. They sleep with there guns right beside them, they have a C.CW, and every time I go some place with them they say I might get to use this today. Like there anticipating to actually use the 2nd amendment. I've tried to talk to her about it but if you don't agree she get's irately upset and call you a communist. Since that one talk I no longer see her or talk to her. Am I doing the right thing?

The Second Amendment is about the public's right to keep and bear arms. Once a person pulls the trigger, an entirely different set of laws go into motion. I would get away from her before you are charged as an accomplice to a tragedy from just being with her. She could be the poster child for the anti-gun argument.
