Trying to find a house

I'm trying to rent a house in the Bensalem, PA area with a yard and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms at the least. I'm looking in a price range of up to $1400, but I can't find anything! Is this not a realistic budget or am I not looking right? Help!

Compare rental listings in the area to see what a 2br house costs. Also look at what is listed for $1400. That'll tell you how realistic your expectations are. You could also call a rental agent for info.
