Mods on help.com

its a good website but the moderators are quite mean and hate the good users. the mods are very corrupt when it comes to managing user posts. a lot of posts get deleted or closed without the user's permission just because a mod there was molested and has serious issues with guys. she deleted one of my innocent posts, didn't help when another user was bullying me, and closed other people's and my posts. meanwhile a guy keeps asking about escorts, people keep snubbing the op, rude users are many and nothing gets done about them.

Posts are deleted for violation of the rules and that doesn't require the user's permission.

The rules are:
* You cannot post identifying information (Email, Name, Address, Telephone)
* You cannot use Ehelp to promote products or web sites.
* You cannot attack or abuse other members.
* Any other posts judged to be outside the intended purpose of exchanging useful information may be removed.

Only one question containing the word "escorts" appears in the entire EHelp data base. It was posted 25 minutes ago and did not contain any violations. Some users promoting products and web sites will post a question then answer their own questions later so there may be an interval of time between it being posted and deleted.

It is possible that innocent posts get deleted when the question violates the rules but nobody here has any reason to be mean or hate anyone. The rules are simply a management issue based on the moderator's opinion.

I didn't know there was a help.com.....

They have a contact page where you can try to communicate some of the issues you're having with them.
