do indian 3g service providers provide speed more than 3.6 mbps as they promise speeds upto 21.6 mbps. The reason for this question is that I am planning of taking a 3g dongle. MTNL is providing a new dongle at almost no cost, but it supports speeds up to 3.6 mbps only. Other dongles that provide speeds up to 7.2/21.6 mbps are much costly, but I don't see any reason for me to buy 7.2/21.6 mbps dongles if indian 3g service providers do not provide speed more than 3.6 mbps. So please provide me with some advice.
