I had sex with my best friends boyfriend, and we did a lot more even just before they were goin to meet we did things, it's been on my mind a lot, he always says he wishes he met me before her,
Do I just come clean and tell her what's happening or keep it to myself ?

Your relationship with yur best friend should really come first. But how "best friend" is she if you are doing this behind her back. It sound as though this is only sex-it'll will always be there, but good friends in life wont.

whoa be very careful about how you approach this. yes you should tell her but dont rush into it as it will upset her a lot. hope you can still be friends after you tell her.

Oh my God why? If she's your bestfriend, why? I meanyou put two relationships in jeapordy, your friendship and their relationship, and I've heard of ppl killing theirselves over less. Ik it was a mistake but was u thinkin?!?!? Girl u screwed up, but idk what you shud do. Evaluate her as a person and yourself your friendship and how much she reallymeans to you and ask yourself, "can she handle this"? But you shud tell her its goin to come out somehow and the longer you hide it the worse her reaction will be, unless its the other way around, but in big situations like this think super hard the answer is within you. Idk your friend or her personality and how strong your relationship is so I can't give you all the info.
