Why do I experience an uneasy feeling in my chest when I nap in a my desk chair while inclined?

I experience an uneasy feeling in my chest, nausea and rapid heart beat when I nap in a chair in my office at my desk on my lunch break but not while I am laying down flat in a bed

It's possible that the feeling could be a digestive issue. If you eat fast then lay down, any air that you ingested while eating becomes trapped in your stomach and could put pressure on your internal organs. If you belch when you stand up after the nap, that could be it. Same thing in principle as why we hold infants upright and burp them after they eat to remove the air.

That makes sense actually and I hope that is it cause I feel like I am going to have a heart attack at times. Thank you for taking the time

A heart attack is most often described as an extreme pressure in your chest like an elephant standing on it.

A nice chair can help people work more quickly, feel better about their health, and be more at peace in the workplace. When finances are limited, purchasing high-quality office furniture can be difficult, but the benefits are well worth the effort.
Each employee has unique comfort requirements, thus they should seek out seats that can be adjusted in multiple ways. When purchasing chairs, they prioritize ergonomics to promote a healthy workplace and reduce the chance of injury.
