i want to make bags,(cloth,jute,but not paper )i want to start a business in hyderabad or securabad near by only where I want to employ only physically handicapped people only?do I can get machines for them specially?will differently capable people will be comfortable and happy to do the work of such kind or find any difficulties?
will they be more costly?special ramp facility is necessary do they need any more facilities ,how much it will cost?
i can employ only 100 people only at the max in the intial 3 years.which machine will be the best?i am just a finance student right now.how to go further?actually where can I find the market for my bags I though of colleges,gift bags in marriage buerows as my market .what all I should dolegal procedurces,registrations etc.can any institue train physically handicaped people specially?where can I can get raw material at the lowest price?i heard there are many companies which manufacture cotton and jute,threads ,spindles,so what are they?i even want to give health facities to all my employess,any insurance,any benefits to to them more,any information regarding it?i want to take all worries of my employes such that they work best for me,i heard that near bangolore there is some organisation which give to poor many benifits which any insurance also doesnot cover,can I get from bangolore where my business is basically in twin cities.
