Light Cuts how quick do they heal and is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

I have very light cuts when I did it no blood came out or anything it just turned slightly red. Ive had them for 2 days now there just a bunch of lines on my lower part of the arm. I did them with my fake nail. Ill give my age-13 as that aparently has a matter on how quick it heals. I would be very greatful if you could tell me a way how to speed up the process :) Thanks
