I am girl and I like the other girl who works in my office

I am a gal and I have huge crush with a gal who works in my office, she does not even know me.
I always see her, I really dont have guts to speak to her, I really dont know what to do.
How to start to speak with her, I feel she will not like me. I think I have inferiority complex.

I had so many girls who love me and they easily used to get along with me.
All the girls they have only approached me. and now I am not able make out what to do.
so please help me what shall I do??

My advice would be to look for a girlfriend somewhere else. Getting involved romantically with other people in your workplace is a very unwise thing to do.

It can get awkward too.
