I want to know what these pills are that I found

i found in a plastic bag in front of my apartment 3 different kind of bills the first one is white round and has on one side a (g) on the other side 2 letters (mf-1) the second one is white round one side says watson 461 the other side has this symbol - the last one is white round and says 231 and on the other side has a (m) thank you please respond

The G with MF on the back is Metformin for type 2 diabetes.
The "watson 461 is glipizide Oral also used to treat type 2 diabetes.
The White, round with 231 is Pravastatin Oral for reducing "bad" cholesterol
