Does she like me? maybe a little to build on?

I am going to make this short and simple but with as much info as I can to make it all make it sense.

It started it off with me seeing this girl I haven't seen since high school at a dance hall. We talked and at the end of the night I got her phone number. A week later we went on our first date and it went well. Two weeks later we went on another date and that one went great as well. A week after the Second date we went on another date and this time she brought her son which I told her if she wanted to bring she could I was fine with it. All 3 of us had a good time and the day after she texted me before I woke and it was a text inviting me to spend new years with her and family and friends it all went well. When we started to text it started as a every other day thing then it became a everyday thing but I will always text her first and twice she texted me first and then it went back to me texting her first now recently her text responses started to get shorter. For example I text her " We should get together and hang out soon. Have a good night at work" and she replied with " ok have a good night at work" I hope this isn't going bad cause I am really starting to like her. What do you guys think about all of it? Am I heading in the right direction or should I stop before I get to involved?

i think she just wanted to fool u a bit..or she might get someone else who agree as you do agree with her who is better than you n she is keeping you as reserve once the things have not went well along with the other.so its like you are on the waiting list or reserve list.
