I am nine days late but have an IUD fitted. Could I be pregnant?

So here goes.

I have a pretty regular cycle. Usually 27 days give or take a day or two. However I am now 9 days late.
Today I had brown discharge very jelly like. I never get this before a period. Always after. It's completely gone now. Noticed it around 5pm and then again before a shower. But now nothing. (had pee, which is rare for me at night. But lately I pee all the time)
Also I had a mandatory urine test to join my new GP today. Who detected blood in my urine. (Before the discharge)

I did the usual coil check in the shower. And I can't actually feel the threads.

Am I overreacting about it in my head. Or should I be concerned?
Or just signs of period finally coming?
