I have pain during bowel movements

hello its about a week that I have pain during bowel movements and its hard and I have very pain in my anal I dont know wht is this and wht should I do plzz help me

Probably what it is is that your colon is inflamed due to a poor diet. If you have pain on your left side close to your hip, that's most definitely what it is. I would suggest some sort of detox tea or eat a lot of fruits and veggies.
