Face book problem.:(

I have 2 account on face book on my 2 emails but one is mine and the other is for my younger sister... now I find mine blocked as written because I crossed the rule??? I did nothing against the rules but had a few time out of the net as a whole... now how I can be able to write my comments again??(BTW I still can put any post)...
