How do you know if a engaged straight woman is attracted to a lesbian?

I have been working with this woman a couple days a month and she is engaged and planning her wedding that is happening next year. I have started devolping feelings for her. I have noticed that when she talks to me she makes eye contact with me but then her eyes wander to my chest and when I catch her they go back to my eyes. I also noticed she has been a little more touchy not much though but it never happened before. She has been starting to be in my dreams and she is making the advances in my dreams. How do I know if she really is a lesbian and wants something with me or am I just reading into all this?

Your dreams are about how you feel, they have nothing to do with her and making eye contact doesn't mean she's sexually attracted to you.

If you have casual conversations with her, try to get her on the general subject of female-female relationships like, "I saw two girls kissing at the mall." If she says anything negative like "Yuck," forget it. Otherwise, keep the discussion alive as long as you can and you should get an idea about how she feels. Don't ask her direct questions about herself unless you are 100% sure she's on board with the idea.

I agree that getting involved with co-workers is unwise. And I agree that your dreams are about your feelings, not hers.

You don't have to do anything: let her be the first one to make a move if she's interested. But if she does make a move, you really have to question if you want to be involved with a cheater. If she'll do it to him, she'll do it to you...
