My toenail is completely ripped off

i tripped yesterday and hit my toenail (next to big toe) in such a way that it popped off at the base. skin where my nail was and around it is missing. I have been using neosporin and hydrogen peroxide. currently, I am letting it air out. any other tips of what to do?
