If you eat enough of any food that has carbs or calcium you can eventually reach 50% of the daily requirement. For example, if it says on the box that the food has 10 percent of your daily requirement per serving, 5 servings will provide 50% of your daily requirement. If it has only 5 percent of the daily, then you would eat 10 servings to get to the 50%. Same for calcium.
