I Have Been Smoking Cigarettes For The Past Few Years At This Young Age.. Annd People Tell Me I'm Too Young For It! But It's The Only Thing That Keeps Mi Nerves Calm Anymore... Tobacco is one of the most addictive products you can use. Many of the people who tell you what you should do don't understand problems like what you describe. You will quit smoking when the advantages of quitting outweigh the disadvantages. That may happen when you can no longer afford it, the habit becomes embarrassing or even when you are diagnosed with a serious lung disorder. In either case, the decision to quit will be made by YOU. What all of the know-it-alls say only make you feel worse about what you're doing but they don't make you want to quit.

Try to stop, my parents were smokers for like 12 years, they stopped for me cuz I told them I don't want them to do it anymore and they seem so much happier. Also it costs money, It's nasty, It's polluting, It makes you ugly, it gives you diseases and you are trying to "calm your nerves" or escape reality, truth is reality will always be there and just like time it won't wait for you to step back into the picture, is "escaping reality" worth watching your life waste away physically, and in other aspects. If you are going to stop you've got to say no and mean it, cuz if you say no when you know you mean yes, you'll just make it worse cuz you'll make yourself feel like you have 0 control over your body. Like I said reality is here and it's hard smoking is a demon in disguise, it makes it harder to go on. Try to stop, if you do blessings to you I hope you can overcome your addiction.
