Computer Keeps Disconnecting From Router

There are 2 computers connected to the same Netgear router. The first is connected via Ethernet cable and the second is connected wirelessly. The connection problem is with the second (wireless) computer. The second computer will connect, but at intervals of every 3-10 minutes it will disconnect and force me to manually reconnect. This happens most often when streaming TV shows online.

Below is the ipconfig /all data for the affected (wireless) computer:

I’ve ‘censored’ some of the above information which I doubt is relevant, however if you need it or any further information please let me know.

Things to note:
1) The wireless computer is about 5ft away from the router and can still receive signal 30ft away, so the distance is not likely to be the problem.
2) The wireless computer used to work flawlessly about 6 months ago. No hardware has ever changed since setting up these connections.

Obviously this problem seems strange in that one computer (which is wired via Ethernet cable) works 100% fine, while the other (working wirelessly) keeps disconnecting all the time, especially when streaming TV shows online. Anyone got a clue as to why?

P.S. I don't know if this is relevant, but the first computer (the Ethernet-wired one) cannot connect wirelessly; it only works when it is hardwired via Ethernet cable.

If the Ethernet connection works all of the time and the wireless works part of the time, that eliminates the Internet Service Provider and all of the settings in the router. When the setup is improperly configured, it doesn't work at all. Look at the stats in the wireless software when it works and compare it to when it doesn't and see what's different like signal strength, rejected packets etc
