I have been having severe pain and tenderness in my lower abdomen for 2 wks now, any ideas?

As stated, I have been having severe pain and tenderness in my lower abdomen/pelvic area for 2 weeks now, I am not having any major or significant bowel problems, no nausea, just bloating, and pain. It is not just on one side, it is located mainly on the left and center, my skin is warm to the touch. I had a hysterectomy over 6 yrs ago, and am currently using "Estring" for about a month now, but it is not supposed to cause any such side effects that I am describing. I had endometreosis, fibroids, and adnomyosis- reason for the hysterectomy.... Any ideas on what is going on?

Sounds like your period! If you need any advice, contact me. For the time being, get fully stocked on pads and begin wearing them at night and taking them to school. Advil should help the pain. The bloating feels awful, I know, but it's natural. You're period may not occur for a month or two, or possibly sooner. Keep in mind this is normal. For the heat, put on you're favorite lotion every night-it'll help sooth your pours. The pain is probably located on the left side because that side of the uterus releases the egg first, causing the most bloating. Take lukewarm bath if pain and heat consists, and exercise. Hope I helped!
