Toothache and sensitivty to cold

Over the last couple of months my teeth has been sensitive to cold,on the left side of my mouth,so I have been using warm water to brush my teeth. I recently went to the dentist and told him about the problem. He did a x-ray and said there were no cavities.I heard sensodyne helps. After I couple of days of using it my teeth started aching and im not sure if it was because of using sensodyne. My teeth started aching when I took an hour nap.During the day the pain is just a constant throb but when I lay down to go to sleep it starts aching.I've had cold sensitivity for months but this is my first time to have a toothache. Any advices?

your teeth may be allergic to sensodyne. But you do have sensitivity I suggest you find another toothpaste that helps with sensitivity. If that hurts to then switch to regular toothpaste and see what happens. Maybe your allergic to something in toothpaste that helps sensitivity. If thats not it then consult with your dentist.

It might be allergy during winter season. Consult with dentist as they will guide about your problem.
