Brist cancer to bone and liver

i am 41 age have undergone a right mastectomy for grade 2 invasive carcinoma with 21 out of 23 lymph nodes ivolved by tumour which oestrogen receptor positive (+1) and progerteron receptor positive(+2) and negativehor Her -2 over expression initial staging ivestigations confirmed the presence of bony metastatic disease in cervical spin and pelvis with initial hepatic lesion in liver. I get 6 cyicle of chemotherpy and following 25 cycle of rediotherpy on the place of opartion and I take drugs of hormone tretmeint (novaldex) and I get good responce but now after PET/Ct scan disease progreession in bony and hepatic lesions so I wont to knowe the way of tretment again
