Dean Winchester fans! Help with a spn scene?

I'm doing research and I'd like to know how those of you who believe Dean Winchester is HETERO (as opposed to bisexual) explain the reaction Dean has when he meets Dr. Sexy in Changing Channels. Interpretations?

There's a difference between "star struck" and "bisexual".

Dean reacts that way when he meets Dr. Sexy because he's star-struck, like any soap-opera follower (typically female) would be if they were a huge fan of a "Dr. Sexy" character.

The writers portray Dean with this behavior because they are spoofing soap opera watchers - having Dean behave like a star-struck woman (most soap opera watchers are female).

This whole episode was a spoof (comedy) set in a pseudo-drama context.
