Conducting the research

Mr Silaji, a manager of tigo mobile company want to solve problems on the complains received from Hombolo client that the organizational network is weak and the access to Tigo credits is limited and very expensive in such a way that they fail to make their call at convenient time. Before solving these problem Mr. Silaji needs me to:-
