Suck after "dirty" anal sex?

Hi,
it's dangerous to suck after anal sex, if is "dirty"? You know... in the dark, in the night or blindfold. You don't see if everything is perfectly clean (seriously).

That would be very dangerous. You can get Hepatitis A from ingesting feces and even if the lights are on, it is transmitted by a virus that you can't see.

But also if is "my dirty"? Because in porn video, we see many time this.

You spit after? I would be spitting the rest of my life.

In movies and videos people do all kinds of stupid stuff but it's not real. Porn video producers have the ability to stop the camera while the actors wash themselves then continue filming.
