What documentation would I need for a construction office

I am a new personal assistant, I have no experience what so ever in this job and have fallen lucky by getting the chance to prove my self with a big career. I have picked up lots of information so far but I cannot seem to find any links on the web to explain what documentation I would need in my office for a construction site from start to finish?

Probably because building permits and inspections are based on local ordinances. Contact your local Codes and Compliance office and ask them what is required where the site is located.
