If you're using Windows, use Windows Explorer (Not Internet Explorer) to delete the files that were mistakenly copied to Drive E. Be absolutely sure they still exist on Drive D. Right click on the folder and select "Delete."
i hav already dn that , problm is that there are no files still occupying 21 gb space in e drive (as d drive files also have 21 gb ), ....so I wanna get rid of this , plz help
Not sure I understand what you're saying. You can go to My Computer, select "properties" and see how much space the system is showing for the drives. If there are files on the drive, in Windows Explorer, you should see them unless you are hiding system files and/or hidden files in Windows Explorer Tools/Folder Options/View.
