What do you do when you like your best friend's crush?

Okay so his name is Jacob and I sit next to him in band and I think I'm starting to like him. My bff Taylor likes him deeply and I dont know what to do! I need help. me and Taylor have been friends since 2nd grade. I really dont want to lose her but I really like Jacob. He said he doesn't want a Girlfriend but I've made it obvious to everyone but I've convinced him that it's not like that but it is.

The question at this point is what does he want. If he "doesn't want a girlfriend" that answers your question. Nothing's going to happen for either of you.

If you are really best friends and he shows interest in either one of you, the other should step out of the picture and make another choice. Otherwise that person will lose both her chances with the guy and her best friend too.
