Can someone please help me interpret these two dreams

I have two dreams I don't understand the first one I had when I was about 6 years old but I remember the dream almost perfectly. In this dream I saw everything as if I was myself as well as looking at the scene at the same time. it was like my mind and body were separated but still connected. I was lying on my back in bed asleep, everything was calm. when I shot up in bed scared out of my mind, everything in my room was tinted grey and to my left was a dull blue fire. So scared at the thought of a fire next to my bed I woke up my heart was racing, however the fire was still there I continuously tried to wake myself up but I was trapped in the dream. it was like I was stuck in a loop until the 6th or 7th time when I finally snapped awake throwing myself into a sitting position, but during my dream I was completely aware I was dreaming and had complete consciousness but no control. Even though I was terrified in my dream my thoughts seemed so calm. My mind seemed to be looking down on everything. it was like there were two of me one was a whole different person from the other. one who understood what was happening and that there was something off about this dream and another that had no thoughts only wild emotions. while asleep I could hear my thoughts telling me to wake up and try to explain what was happening. it was really strange but it gets weirder about a month ago I had another dream I think is connected to the one I had years ago. this time I was laying in bed but I was truly awake I could feel my entire body and hear the quiet and my mom breathing heavy in the other room like always and I could feel the cool air from outside and the warmth of my blanket. it was kinda like I was on the border of asleep and awake I could easily tell I was awake even though I knew that 1/2 my mind was still sleeping. it all started when I remembered while I was dreaming that I left my window open in real life so I woke up to go close it but I couldn't move my body or open my eyes, I was conscious of the real world around me but I was still dreaming. while in this state I was dreaming of being in my room when a killer on the run came in through my window to hide and I only dreamed this cause I wanted to close my window so no one could get into my room since a young girl was killed a week prior. So I pretended to be asleep for him all the while in real life I could feel my body temperature rising but it was completely quiet I knew know one was really in my room. So in my dream after he climbed in the window the setting changed to a stone room with no walls just black space. I remember the man chased me but only for a second before disappearing out of the dream completely. by this point the part of me that was completely conscious felt my body temperature rising dramatically. in the dream I was still running when out of no where a blue fire cut off my path so I stopped and looked around me but the fire had circled me. I didn't even try to run and during this whole time I remember my conscious half was shaking and heating up more than ever trying to move and wake me up as if I was in real danger, and I succeeded but not before I seeing a big blue eye in the fire watching me. Its a really confusing and hard to understand dream unless you've had one kinda like it. there were so many thoughts, feelings, and emotions running through me at once yet to be awake and asleep at the same exact time dreaming and conscious doesn't seem possible to me but I know for a fact without a single doubt that its what happened

i think those are not dreams. its a nightmare. Depending on the context of your dream, to see fire in your dream can symbolize destruction, passion, desire, illumination, purification, transformation, enlightenment, or anger. It may suggest that something old is passing and something new is entering into your life. Your thoughts and views are changing. In particular, if the fire is under control or contained in one area, then it is a metaphor of your own internal fire and inner transformation. If the fire is encircling you and someone else, then it signifies your bond to that person. You two share something significant in common. Furthermore, the dream may be a metaphor for someone who is "fiery". It represents your drive, motivation, and creative energy. Alternatively, the dream may be warning you of your dangerous or risky activities. You are literally "playing with fire".

the first dream what not a dream at all its a talent called astral projection
Astral projection is when you are able to leave your body and travel throughout the world unseen and unheard by all others sort of like a ghost when it starts you are usually floating above or near your body if this happens again or it has previously happened you have a true gift.
