Dance Injury.

Hello,I'm 17 years old and 6 weeks ago I had a knee injury in my ballet-rhythmic gymnastics class. I had MRI and the results are the following: "impressed fractured anterior femoral condyle outl with bone edema" "injury 1st to 2nd grade collateral ligament". Now, my orthopedic told me to start again my classes and be careful. Also he gave me some instructions for 1-2 kl. weight excersizes to help strengthen my quadriceps and a medicine. But yesterday as I had my workout routine I felt my knee bending inwards and since that, I feel pain even when I walk. What should I do to have a fast recovery and prevent my knee from suffering again?

You need to call the orthopedic doctor's office and explain what happened.
