I am 12 years old and I am prone to injuries what sports should I play and how can I get stronger

i have went to a physio for a torn hamstring and a torn calf I keep on getting the injuries from soccer and rugby so I quit rugby for a year what sports should I sign up for?

I would suggest that you try sports which are individual based than team based cause much of the injury seems to occur in sports which involves multiple number of players and participants.

According to the National Center for Catastrophic Sport Injury Research Twentieth Annual Report, From 1982-2002, the total numbers of direct and indirect fatalities among high school athletes were:
Baseball — 17
Basketball — 88
Cheerleading — 21
Cross Country — 14
Football — 22
Soccer — 31
Track & Field — 47
Wrestling — 16

Badminton, tennis, volleyball, water polo, these are some of the sports that are safe. Soccer, basketball, baseball, cricket tend to be the sports where people get injured beyond their expectations.
