What are good games for adults at a child's first birthday party?

My son is turning 1 year old this weekend, and we're having a party for him, but honestly, the majority of people coming are adults with no children.
I'm looking for some fun and creative games that we can play to keep a very diverse group of people entertained throughout the party.

Ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

I don't think the adults really need to play games. Just socialise, a little music, food, conversation, drinks usually go down well. See http://www.birthdayparty4u.co.uk/first-birthday-party-ideas if you need a little more inspiration.

You could play paper dancing.
In this game the couple has to stand and dance on the paper as long as the music plays. When the music stops, the couple has to get off the paper and fold it, then dance on it.
If someone's feet get out of the paper, the couple is out of the game.
This will go on until there is a winner.

You could play charades. One partner will act the name and other has to guess the game.
