Can you get pregnant if you take provera but have missed 2 periods and had unprotected sex day?

I have been on provera since April of this year. I did NOT take the pills the month of Sept to see if I would start on my own which I did not. I returned to the pills on October 1st. I took them for the first 10 days of the month and should have started my period the 13/14 of October. I had unprotected sex on the 13th. It is now the 25th and I still haven't started but have had a clear (white) discharge on occassion when using the restroom and cramps on my left side. I'm concerned because I am scheduled to start the pills again on Nov 1st.
