I have been on yaz birth control 28 for about three and a half years. I moved cities in july, and so I didn't have my august or September prescription, and I went off the pill for those two months. I have been with my partner for three years, and we have sex often, but we used condoms every time. I missed my period at the end of september(was supposed to get it on the 28th) so on the fifth of october, I took a test and it was negative. I began yaz again this month on the seventh (a sunday) and it seemed to all be well. Two days ago while in the car I had a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen that didn't last more than a minute, and it went away. I thought maybe it was just the way I was sitting, but the pain was enough to make me verbally express it to my partner. I took another test that night just to be sure, and it was negative... Now, two days following the pain, I have some light bleeding while going to the bathroom, and very slight pain in my abdomen. Nothing overly painful or uncomfortable, just not the regular no-pain. I'm concerned, obviously, and need help. I don't have a doctor in this city, and live very far from the hospital, and do not have a vehicle. so that's a last resort.
